This is a very nice circular saw slide guide, but it is very costly I estimate $200+, it is good for someone that will use it on a regular basis. The other thing that you may forgot to do is use clamps that can slide on the aluminum rails.

Die einzige nach teil an diese Profil man mus sie schneiden nach bedarf ,da durch fehlt naturlich kleine teile wo nicht da mit viel anfangen kann. Übrigens es gibt auch schwarze abdekungs fūr die nute da mit keine schmutzung in den Schlitz profil rein fehlt.

These are common materials just not commonly known where to look. . Go to 8020 or orange aluminum or misumi. The linear rails can be sourced on eBay. Good luck

意外と知られていない10mm位のアルミなら丸ノコでサクサク切れちゃう事実。モノタロウやミスミでカット済み買えば切る必要すらない。穴位置もちょっと位ズレても大きめに空けて組み立て調整でなんとかなっちゃう。設計さえしっかりしてればね。

Adjusting the hight of your blade you have different thicknesses simple
you raise and lower the blade as on any circular saw.
As others have suggested, or leave the blade at the deepest setting as the saw glides about an inch or two over the material, similar to a radial arm saw.

あれは、スライドに対して水平を出さないと切り口が真っ直ぐにならないので、丸のこを取り付ける際に毎回水平を出す調整をしなくて良いように、あの黒い金具に押し当てて取り付ければ水平が出るようにする為に取り付けました。

Having done this much, excellent at that, you could probably add a laser line guide to help align the cut.

スライドガイドに使用しているＬＭガイドのパイプは、ホームセンターのパイプではなく、少なくともｈ公差のシャフトを使用されていると見ましたが何をお使いでしょうか。専用のガイドシャフトですか。
かすかな期待を持ってホームセンターに行き、パイプの径を測ると、呼び径に対し、＋のものーのものがあることが分かりました。そして、なんとーサイズの丁度よいものをゲットすることが出来ました。あるんですねえ。
私の場合簡易測定器なので、それなりの強度精度でよく、丸ノコのスライド用としては、専用のガイドシャフトでよいと思います。

thats about $500 worth of extruded aluminum. I would rather put $100 more and buy a Track saw and do more than what this bulky jig can do.
